Project: Central Makkah Bus Station (MBCO) The Project that establishes in Holy capital Makkah Al Mukrammah With 400 buses total capacity in the first stage cover most districts in Makkah this project consist of three big zones ( Depot Area – Future Expansion – Accommodation Area ) including many buildings with deferent styles in construction such as steel structure building and concrete buildings including cast on-site and hollow core slabs …..etc. Job description : - Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures.- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.). - Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve.- Supervise work to emphasize the achievement of schedule, quality, cost and safety objectives.- Review sub-contractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant. - Prepare the Daily / Monthly reports from technical assistance Side and present it to the client.

* Projects: - Abdul Latif Jamil (KOMATSU) Heavy equipment center.Job Description• Responsible for preparing detailed reports of the site performance and scheduling• Establish Suppliers and materials database.• Analyze prices & submittals provided by subcontractors to select the best overlooking the quality of raw materials and selected supplies• Follow up any amendments to the drawings and approvals, If any.• Coordinate the approval of drawings and responsible for the distribution of drawings released for construction to concerned site personnel.• Maintaining organized and detailed records and documents of all projects (i.e. working drawings, quantity surveying, purchase orders … etc)• Prepare & analyze performance periodic report of engineering staff in the sits.• Review the terms of contracts with suppliers and subcontractors and payment dues.• Reviewing quantities and site cost.• Assist the Technical Manager in the management of Subcontractor works and point out any technical deviation.

* Projects: -Project (structure of Minor Factory). -project (pumps building at the main water station in Burydah) -Project (VARANDA SYSTEM).Job Description• Responsible for the implementation and management of civil engineering works.• Responsible for a construction site (Concrete works, finishing work and site development work) and follow up subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives.• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.• Follow up plans, drawings and (quantities as per B.O.Q)• ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.•Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed-to deadlines.
