Project Manager responsible for managing the processes of Projects for the Department of municipalities and Transport DMT in Abu Dhabi. Including the Procurement processes, Projects monitoring & controlling, Governance and Stakeholders engagement.

▪ Project Manager for Infrastructure, Landscape, Roads, Commercial Buildings projects for The King Fahd Causeway Authority KFCA (Networks/ wet & dry Utilities/ Water Proofing/ Treatment Plants/ MEP/ RC works/ Pavement/ Architecture Finishings).▪ Treating and confidently interfacing the representatives of the client, End-users, designers, authorities and municipalities. Meet the expectation of the customers.▪ Liaising, discussing between several stakeholders, consultants and/ or contractors.▪ Implementation of schedules, activities and participating in planning, forecasting according to the standards as required, with maintaining the targets, budget and scope▪ Conducting frequent meetings and presentations.▪ Processing/ responding to RFCs (variation orders), EOT (Extension of Time) and any Projects’ claims. ▪ Follow up the top risk registers and key decisions, moreover, the site issues/ actions of the projects for avoiding cost impacting and keep projects on their tracks. Besides, following NCRs, MIRs and WIRs.▪ Overseeing the civil works; RC, pavement, Excavation and reclaiming operations... etc. ▪ Reporting in daily, weekly and monthly basis, accurately. Tracking progress and escalating any delays or obstacles that would influence the programme. Recommending actions and decision-making. ▪ Ensuring and reviewing drafts, designs, tender, IFCs, shop and as-built drawings to be complied with the specifications and requirements. Collaboration in feasibility studies and Bidding processes. ▪ Reviewing geotechnical reports and laboratory tests results.▪ Achieving Contracts terms, General and Particular conditions.▪ Attending projects from the beginning till the delivery and handover procedures. ▪ Preparing and reviewing progress payments (Interim and final Payments).▪ Ability to control manpower, equipment and the proper resources for the different Projects/ activities▪ Lead, mentor and motivate the team and compliance to HSE requirements.

▪ Project Manager for Infrastructure and Public Realm (Landscape) projects (Sewer/ Potable/ Irrigation/ Storm/ Electrical/ ICT networks – Landscape/ Paving/ Plantation/ MEP/ RC works).▪ Treating and confidently interfacing the representatives of the client, Designers, authorities and municipalities. Meet the expectation of the customers.▪ Liaising, discussing between several stakeholders, consultants and/ or contractors simultaneously.▪ Implementation of schedules, activities and participating in planning, forecasting according to the standards as required, putting plans and recoveries, with maintaining the targets, budget and scope.▪ Conducting frequent meetings, presentations to ensure compliance of projects delivery to conditions. ▪ Managing and aiding the commercial seniors in processing of RFCs. In addition, interacting and responding to RFIs. Consequently, issuing the variation orders, de-scoping and IFCs. ▪ Follow up the top risk registers and key decisions, moreover, the site issues/ actions of the projects for avoiding cost impacting and keep projects on their tracks. Besides, following NCRs, MIRs and WIRs.▪ Overseeing the civil works; RC, pavement, Excavation and reclaiming operations... etc. ▪ Reporting in daily, weekly and monthly basis, accurately. Tracking progress and escalating any delays or obstacles that would influence the programme. ▪ Preparation of proposals, cost estimates and calculations for project items. ▪ Ensuring and reviewing drafts, designs, tender, shop and as-built drawings to be complied with the specifications and requirements. Collaboration in feasibility studies.▪ Determining appropriate studies and data analyses. Recommending actions and decision-making

▪ Project Manager for Wastewater project (Sewer Main lines & networks/ VC Pipes & GRP Pipes/ Pipe Jacking Works + Sinking Shafts / Trench Boxes, Shoring, Sheet piling/ Excavation Works & Dewatering/ Reclaiming Works/ Manholes/ Back drops/ clean out / House connections).

▪ Technical office engineer: Price analysis/ procurements and vendors negotiations/ Material approvals/ tracking projects’ progresses (Water and Sewer projects + Storm projects).▪ Project Engineer for Wastewater project (Excavation Works/ Reclaiming Works/ Sewer networks VC Pipes/ Manholes/ Back drops/ House connections+ clean out & inspection chambers).▪ Project Manager for irrigation project [PVC pipes network/ two Ground water tanks 2000 m3 (RC works/ concrete pouring, Steel rebar and formwork / internal and external water proofing/ Pump System)]. ▪ Project Manager for Thrust boring project for water and wastewater crossings and lines (DI, HDPE, VC, RCP, Steel and sleeve pipes) (Microtunnelling/ HDD/ Auguring/ Sheet piles/ Retaining walls/ Sinking Shafts).▪ Project Manager for Storm water project (Excavation Works/ Dewatering/ Reclaiming Works/ RCP pipes networks/ Box culvert/ Catch basin & Interceptor/ Manholes & Back drop).
