- Represent Globys product capabilities to our customers using an understanding of the customer systems and business need to create a comprehensive solution.- Apply software development principles, concepts and techniques with a focus on business analysis, requirements definition, and end to end ownership of the solution design.- Facilitate customer design sessions to help create clear understanding of customer needs and requirements in the context of Globys’ product suite.- Translate the customer's integration requirements into Globys design specifications and ensuring the design is aligned to business requirements.- Elicit, analyze, validate and document business, organizational, configuration, and/or operational requirements from new and existing customers.- Work closely with PM to define technical milestones and architecture deliveries ensuring on-time delivery of solution architecture.- Work closely with product management to convert custom features into product enhancements.- Add prioritization to internal projects and roadmap based on knowledge of customer landscape and priority needs.- Assist in developing and delivering high quality & fit for purpose commercial and technical proposals.- Following up with the implementation team and update the project architecture accordingly.- Responsible for communicating the solution architecture with customers and further technical issues.
