• PMT Team member with the role of main contractor representative within different project Phases (Interfaces Management, Construction Management, Site Modification, Mechanical completion including project close out stage).• Designing the organization chart of the site team, approving the nominated professionals to take up their respective project assignments.• Managing field engineering requirements due to site conditions with engineering team to support subcontractor team practicing the most practical constructability methods at site.• Ensuring the construction is in line with the HSE & QA/QC requirements. • Prediction and identification of risk potential areas, proposing and evaluating the appropriate measures to be taken. • Monitoring the actual project progress and comparing with the planned progress in order to identify the deviations from the project plan and propose the short/long-term corrective action. • Ensuring budget alignment through close monitoring of the project costs and utilization of resources assigned to the project. • Identifying the possible alternative solutions with the Cost, Procurement, Construction and Engineering departments to provide an effective way to meet the project schedule plan/ budget that is in-line with the company’s objectives and vision. • Full-detailed planning and execution of project phases plus mobilization/demobilization
