- 19 years experience with 10 years experience as executive level with managing 80+ staff with the below SOW- oversee daily operations, processes, and workflows across construction, technology, and electromechanical divisions to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.- Manage a team of project managers, supervisors, engineers, technicians, and support staff to coordinate complex construction, technology, and electromechanical projects.- Develop and maintain strategic operational plans to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability for each division and the overall business.- Analyze performance data, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and new revenue.- Manage budgets, assets, procurement, and implementation of new technologies to drive continuous operational improvements.- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders to address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. - Lead enhancement of operational policies, procedures, and best practices based on industry trends and lessons learned.- Collaborate cross-functionally to align operations with overall business strategy and objectives.- Monitor market dynamics to uncover opportunities for strategic growth, diversification, or optimization.
