1. Financial planning Responsibilities including Budgeting and Forecasting analysis, Performance Management, Internal control, Cost Management. Leading the following duties:•Preparing and managing budgets;Conducting reviews and evaluations of all processes flow and governance procedures and regulations for cost-reduction and revenue- raising opportunities;•Performance management, preparing periodic financial statements and producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines , including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries;•Ensuring spending is kept in line with the planned budget; analysing change; variance analysis and commentaries. and advising accordingly.•Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;•Internal control, developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk; Implementing governance procedures, risk management, and suggesting improvements. •Offering professional judgment on financial matters and advising on ways of improving business performance;2. Financial Decision Making Responsibilities as a decision support center, (DSC), including Financial Statement Analysis including ratio analysis and comparative analysis, Investment Decisions Analysis, Cost Benefit Analysis and Risk Management, Corporate Finance.
