- Receiving Sales orders and verify it with the customers POs- Prepare Purchase Orders and push them for internal approval- Submit approved POs with the vendors- Follow with the vendors on the order acknowledgments and maintain the system with it- Follow on the delivery- Cross-checking the vendors invoices upon issuing, make sure they are matched with our POs- Coordinate with logistics on delivery- Coordinate with finance (Accounts Payable) on vendor's payments- Return damage materials and stock rotations- preparing reports as being requested

- Handling all the purchase transactions- Handling the shipping of the goods and clear them from the customs area- Research for new suppliers and make a perfect negotiations- responsible for solving any issue related to the purchasing department and taking right decisions.

- Company Treasury Accountant - Daily Cash & Cheques reports and transactions (ERP)- Some bank accounts and transactions- All the accounts payables and payments- Help in preparing financial reports and analysis
