- Overseeing operation activities, forming strategic partnerships with Jagua vendors to cover a huge technology portfolio.- Coaching, developing presales and professional services teams and evaluating the return on investment of the team’s activities. - Creating and maintaining presales programs that will establish a successful process to drive ordering and sales of products and services and make sure that there is a collaboration with product, marketing, professional services & and customer support teams to ensure optimal customer experience.- Leading and developing the advanced services teams along with a professional technical project managers team ensuring that Raya offers a strong delivery channel team gaining Raya full customer satisfaction.- Directing various business departments to ensure the smooth running of the company.- Developing positive direct relationships with key business contacts.- Participating in strategic planning and program development across the company.- Responsible for managing direct 9 and above 110 indirect staff members.

- Leading data network presales/professional services team and building a solid business model to grow up Raya revenue and gross profit by establishing a solid partnership with data network market leader vendor Cisco system.- Build and generate a solid pipeline in a full cooperation model with all Raya channel teams (Sales, Professional services, project management).- Coach presales team to achieve the best business model along with the required technical skills to promote Raya data network competitive portfolio.

- Managing the Data, Multimedia, and Security Pre-Sales team to deliver- Infrastructure department objectives within corporate vision and mission- Setting and monitoring employee training plans and objectives- Tracking operations progress and results versus department targets

- Responsible for design, document a suitable and cost-effective data communication solutions. - Responsible for making representations, competition analysis, vendor comparisons and Products positioning.- Writing SOW and solutions with business and technical requirements - Ensure the production of high-quality technical proposals.- Sell the latest technology (IP Telephony, Security, Wireless….) to the customer.
