Responsible for the full technical service for filling machine across key customers inside EgyptResponsible of machine Installation , Reliability , preventive maintenance Execution

• Install, repair and maintain all plant equipment in the in the Non Sterile-Production Area • Leading a Maintenance team of 14 Mechanics and 6 Electricians • Prepare the yearly preventive maintenance plan, and issue the monthly maintenance plan by Coordinating with production & planning departments.• Supervise execution of monthly preventive maintenance plan as well as the corrective Maintenance jobs for all equipments in the Non Sterile-Production Area, as well as acquires Failure data and Prepare effective maintenance plans for restoring equipment to effective Operating condition & OEE target. • Responsible for technicians training on the new equipment. • Check and insure records and updating maintenance works in log books for all Machines According to quality requirements.• Responsible for localization of machine spare parts and developing in house solutions which shall decrease the machine running cost.• Prepare Plan and lists for all required spare parts (foreign and local) for all machines Every year and execute the plan according to the approved budget.• Prepare the monthly department expenses and reviewing it according to the approved budget.• Participating in the Lean task force which affect the manufacturing process efficiency and minimize waste and Cost.• Responsible for the Engineering Role of the new launches • Prepare, supervise and participate of execution the installation of new equipments as well as the Qualification (IQ) & Operations Qualification (OQ) for equipment in SAT (Site Acceptance Test).

• Responsible for applying the preventive maintenance for The Corrugators’ production line (MarquipWard United, Mitsubishi). • Responsible for applying the preventive maintenance for the conversion machines (Marquip Ward United, BOBST).• Leading a Maintenance team of 21 Mechanics. • Dealing with Chillers, Boilers, Compressors, Air driers, Forklift Trucks, hydraulic systems and waste vacuum lines.• Dealing with Turning, Shaping, hydraulic press, milling machines.
