Managing a data center project involves overseeing underground services like ducting, plumbing, and sanitary work initially. Coordination with the construction and commissioning teams ensures smooth progress through early construction phases and commissioning. Document management ensures compliance with regulations and project requirements. Supervising installations according to design specifications and coordinating site activities is crucial. Continuously monitoring commissioning activities ensures proper integration and functionality of systems at all levels.

Coordinate with contractors to monitor site work progress, work scheduled prepared, proper machineries required based on site activities, lead time for infrastructure materials and equipment.To carry out internal inspection of contractor’s material inspection and installation works prior to QAQC inspection to ensure quality of work on site.Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth progression of work to achieve targeted milestones.To perform other tasks assigned by superior which is subjected to contract’s scope of works.To manage, monitor and supervise firefighting sub-contractor works in accordance with specifications and project demand.To make sure all installation done by sub-contractor as per approved drawing.To regularly report site progress and provide relevant information to the superior.Participate in Testing and Commissioning for fire-fighting system and assisting field workers during fire alarm system testing.Execute related works and liaise with sub-contractor to solve problem arises.Weekly project progress meeting with sub-contractor to discuss regarding site work progress, work schedule and action plan to improve workmanship.To perform any duties that assigned by my superior from time to time

Review the Contract Document and Clarification before kick off .Interact daily as a Fire Protection Services specialist sub contractor representative with the Project Management (Lendlease Projects (M) Sdn Bhd) to interpret and fulfill their needs and requirements to achieve project finest quality and target.Develop plan and schedule for purchasing equipment, services and supplies before installations. Planning and execute the overall Work programmedTo ensure Progress Claim Submission & Evaluation done accordinglyDeveloping Schedule for Fire protection installation and documentationMonitoring overall progress and use of resourcesPlan and manage deployment of physical and financial resources to meet project milestonesBuild and sustain effective communication with other roles involved in the projectPrepare Testing and Commissioning and Lock Out Take Out (LOTO) Plan and Procedures for Sprinkler System, Dry Riser System, Hose Reel System and Fire Alarm and Intercom System.

To supervise production line on producing good product as per specification before handover to the finishing department. Responsible on all production work during operation.
