• KPIs Monitoring and Troubleshooting: monitor main KPIs as RRC, CS RAB, PS RAB, PS Drops ,CS &VP Drops, IRAT Success Rate and Blocking on RNC , Node B and Cell level using WCDMA NASTR M2000,RNC/Node B LMT, PRS and New INASTAR.• Investigate, Suggest and Apply fast solutions for Problematic cells.• Neighbors Optimization: new sites neighbors planning and scripts preparing, neighbors auditing and optimization on RNC wise, GSM , UMTS 2nd and 3rd carrier neighbors and scripts preparing. • Traces Analysis: open traces, analyze and solve them.• Expansions Plan: Power, UL & DL CEs and 2nd & 3rd carrier expansions preparing based on Congested cell, Utilization and areas. • Customer Complains handling with Indoor Team: Lead Indoor teams to handle all kind of customer complain such as low throughput and poor indoor coverage and supervise technical reports for each complains.• Parameters auditing and Optimization: make necessary parameter changes to improve network behavior and updating GSM parameters.• Sites survey for problematic sites to propose better solution for coverage problems like blockage or events.• Propose new sites for areas suffering from coverage, capacity or congestion problems.• Testing the radio performance for the newly integrated sites.

• Performing drive test (Verification, Evaluation of new and existing sites performance) for single 2G & 3G site• Performing 2G & 3G cluster drive test.• Checking Sites Design: Tilt, Azimuth and height using the appropriate tools. • Use TEMS for testing and analyzing.• Preparing Reports with the problems and recommendations to solve these problems.
