High-level customer meetings and technical/strategy meetings with customer RF Engineering Team.• Huawei LTE1800, L2100 & L900 Upgrades project owner.• Architecture design and integration end-to-end for Wireless Networks.• Managing robust, high quality and optimum capacity to support various services on the 2G/3G/LTE networks.• Managing KPI monitoring and analysis as well as capacity dimensioning and management.• Vendor Management (Huawei/Nokia).• Managing VIP Customer Complaints from radio side.• Managing Post-processing and DT teams needed for Orange network new elements.• Responsible for the acceptance for upgraded 3G\LTE Sites – Huawei & Nokia.• Validating the physical redesign and parameter change of cluster tuning KPIs.• The Greater Cairo Area new sector project owner.

Kuwait

• Check Daily KPIs and optimize clusters. • Identify worst cells and provide solutions for improvement. • RSRP and SINR optimization. • Handover problems.• Network Parameters Audit. • 4G Cluster optimization and new sites test follow up (SFT). • Conduct Daily Performance KPI Report from M2000 and PRS. • Neighbors planning and scripts preparing for new sites. • Preparing Network Audit and Evaluation Reports to ensure better understanding for network problems and provide suitable suggestions to improve KPIs and user experience. • VIP customer complaint support & analysis for RF and capacity issues to improve both UL and DL throughput. • Trails and new features: CL-MIMO, 3G MLB, Inter freq trail, Timer T300, LTE-UMTS interworking thresholds trial, Small cells, LTE-Advanced trial, Timer T304, LTE Center Frequency Unification, Pre-allocation. • Load sharing and balance between different carriers. • Check HW issues. • PCI collision & Pollution. • Real-time monitoring for a UE by IMSI and Cell monitoring for Throughput, RF parameters, number of users.

Kuwait

• KPIs Monitoring and Troubleshooting: monitor main KPIs as RRC, CS RAB, PS RAB, PS Drops ,CS &VP Drops, IRAT Success Rate and Blocking on RNC , Node B and Cell level using WCDMA NASTR M2000,RNC/Node B LMT, PRS and New INASTAR.• Investigate, Suggest and Apply fast solutions for Problematic cells.• Neighbors Optimization: new sites neighbors planning and scripts preparing, neighbors auditing and optimization on RNC wise, GSM , UMTS 2nd and 3rd carrier neighbors and scripts preparing. • Traces Analysis: open traces, analyze and solve them.• Expansions Plan: Power, UL & DL CEs and 2nd & 3rd carrier expansions preparing based on Congested cell, Utilization and areas. • Customer Complains handling with Indoor Team: Lead Indoor teams to handle all kind of customer complain such as low throughput and poor indoor coverage and supervise technical reports for each complains.• Parameters auditing and Optimization: make necessary parameter changes to improve network behavior and updating GSM parameters.• Sites survey for problematic sites to propose better solution for coverage problems like blockage or events.• Propose new sites for areas suffering from coverage, capacity or congestion problems.• Testing the radio performance for the newly integrated sites.

Egypt

• Testing the radio performance for the newly integrated sites.• KPIs acceptance for the newly integrated sites • Preparation of the Weekly/Monthly field measurements reports to be delivered including DT and KPI’s analysis to show the network performance improvement.• Monitoring the network KPI's to detect any problems and providing solutions for the Worst cells list.• Organizing Network improvement trials; being the focal point between NOC & DT teams as well as handling the “Task creation” for the DT methodologies.• Diagnosing all RF related problems such as Interference, Dropped calls, Handover failure, Missing neighbors, Power, Abnormal releases, Cross feeders etc.• Neighbor Planning of cities :- New areas: El Arish, Rafah, Ras Sedr, Mit Ghamr ,Bilbs and Damanhur.- New sites at Alex, Portsaid, Shibin, Ismailia and Bani Suif ...• Performing global neighbor audit to enhance the soft handover and Call Drop Rate.• Mobinil Service Desk (Customer complaints).- Solving and closing all tickets with respect to the SLA.• Analysis for interference and pilot pollution.• Post processing the drive test data using Actix, MapInfo, and TEMS. • Organizing the DT teams to finalize the functional and cluster acceptance documents to achieve the final acceptance certificate and ensure that they are meeting the deadlines.

Egypt

• Performing drive test (Verification, Evaluation of new and existing sites performance) for single 2G & 3G site• Performing 2G & 3G cluster drive test.• Checking Sites Design: Tilt, Azimuth and height using the appropriate tools. • Use TEMS for testing and analyzing.• Preparing Reports with the problems and recommendations to solve these problems.

Egypt

• Member of acceptance team.• Installation, testing and maintaining of BTS for Etisalat Misr based on Ericsson and Huawei equipments.• Performing sweep test by site master.
