1. Monitoring the overall Instrumentation construction activities and follow up the project schedules.2. Verification & clearance of the invoices and other bills as per the article of the company.3. Making modifications in the drawings as per the SITE requirements and modification.4. Preparing the technical documents for the instrumentation systems, perform the technical evaluations, Checking & controlling the manpower activities.5. Reviewing and Analyzing the P&ID based on this preparation of the Datasheet of Instruments, values and etc.6. In the Existing plant modification, site survey has been carried out for new construction of the Instruments Installation, cable laying, panel installation and etc.07. Optimizes instrument systems ensuring minimal cost and simplification in complaints with the required performance.08. Calibration check for field installed items, inspection of instrumentation panel and impulse tubing, verification of label and tag nos.09. Inspected all the item which we used for your projected and get approved for our client stratification and after that Schedule and Manage the Construction activities.10. Instrumentation inspection including review of ITP, loop test packages review and witness, wiring, review of manufacturers QC records. 11. Arrange the wittiness for the calibration of all the instrument which all used our project (transmitter, values and etc) and preparing technical documents for instrumentation system requisition and performs the technical evaluation.12. Prepare the check list for the perform the shutdown actives (existing facilities of the tie- in) to show the client and getting approval we are ready for shutdown and we completed the shutdown activities without any delay.13. Loop checking and troubleshooting the instrument during per-commissioning & Co-Ordination / interaction /Discussion with Client and Contractor.14. Liaison with the customer and also Liaison with suppliers about the requirements.
