 Incident Management. MPLS first line and BT Cloud Compute support. Supervise a team of support personnel in the delivery of quality service against agreed SLAs. Providing 24x7 supports to the customer. Handling the incidents and Technical escalations from Customer. Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports preparation. Maintain network KPI information and integrity. Inventory support for data-based updating limited to active database provisioning. Network Management and Service Assurance (LAN/WAN/MPLS) Coordination between our company and international partners. Making reports, administrative works, international phone call coordination, international conference call. Video and Remote Sites services management. Service Delivery of international and access circuits (IP-VPN, SIP, DIA, etc.) Managing service projects in different ICT/MS areas (MPLS, Cloud Compute, DR, Data Analytics, DC) Professional use of Cisco partner tools ( LCA, CCW-R, TAC, asset recovery) Coordinate between the company departments, during various BT project phases since the initiation stage supporting the PMO team, ordering team, logistics, FE's and until the running of the service is verified by the end-user.
