-Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.-Supporting in the smooth onboarding process the recruitment procedures to receive the hiring documents by coordinating with HR and relevant departments.-Conduct job analysis meetings and create job profiles.-Perform manpower & workload planning function to define shortage and needs.-Follow up external audits preparation and recommendations ensures appropriate actions have been taken.-Deliver general orientation program for new hire in coordination with HR.-Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows.-Support Performance management through follow up, update the probation period evaluation and annual appraisal for all employees, scan it on the system, and enter it in the employee file.-Handle the medical insurance additions of new employees, deletions and resolve any inquiries that might arise.-Preparing contracts for new hires put them with job offer and acknowledgments in the employees file.-Create Verification for qualifications and licenses for doctors, nurses and allied periodically.-Follow up on each employee's medical checkup when recruited them.-Maintain the personal files of all employees and all documents in the file without any missing and ensure that it contains all hiring documents of the employee and developing personnel files for new hiring to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system in electronic and paper form.-Handling all related tasks to social Insurance with forms number 1, 2 and 6.-Handing over the papers to the employees while he is leaving the company.-Update and follow up, review the employee’s file periodically so that it is ready for review by the quality department and ready for any review by the accreditations.-Participate in JCI Accreditation.-Participate in GAHAR Accreditation.-Participate in Canadian Accreditation

-Explain to branch managers how to deal with the system through the application and the computer-Create and modify the employees shifts on the system

I have learned many skills such as communication and presentation, and I have learned also how to manage my time. I have worked under stress and dealt with so many tasks which taught me team building and how to be a good leader and a good listener .
