- Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal.- Answer enquiries in a time and accurate manner via phone, emails and face to face with the customers.- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.- Best knowledge of Middle East Market ( Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Libya, Egypt )- Book guest reservations for individuals and/or groups in accordance with established standards utilizing the hotel's reservations system.- Arranging accommodation for large families in hotels and Serviced Apartments with the best rate and guide them how to enjoy their stay.- Providing Customers with Hotel Facility Information - Checking and ensuring that we have availability for FIT Rate at all contracted hotels - Work proactively to meet and/or exceed revenue goals in all bookings.- Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payments/fees.- Taking part in familiarization visits to new destinations to gather information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers.
