In my role as an L&D lead, my scope is related to the creation and successful delivery of our Lines of Services wide programs across all of our staff levels and locations. This relates to any work that is associated with content design, stakeholder management and budgeting.In addition to this I am also the Internal Firm Services (IFS) program lead for Tamakkan, PwC’s firm wide nation Talent Development program. My responsibilities revolve around the successful design and delivery of aspects of the program related to Talent Management and Learning & Development.

Recruitment:- Handles the on-time recruitment for all Raya Holding vacancies.- Handled the initiation of Raya’s first ever ATS, piloting it on Raya Holding and rolling it out across Raya group.- Supports in the implementation of the Talent Management process and the assessment for hiring of senior managers & directors across the different Raya LOBs.Learning & Development:- - Updates corporate L&D training programs as per the company needs and market trends.- Setting and implementing the training plan for all Raya Holding employees.- Setting and implementing the annual corporate calendar for training programs that best serves Raya group needs.- Organizes the implementation of corporate training activities.- Ensures that the corporate training calendar is implemented as per the LNAs.Talent Management:- Implements Raya’s graduate program (Rise) throughout its different stages from the recruitment, on- boarding, rotation plans set up and implementations until the graduation of the program participants.Employer Branding:- Initiates various employer branding activities and initiatives to position Raya as an employer of choice.- Designs the strategy for employer branding and implementing the agreed upon strategy.- Highlights key aspects that set Raya apart from its competitors and establishing Raya’s EVP.- Supports the planning and management of employer branding events, such as job fairs, career events, open days & workshops.- Creates and maintains strategic partnerships with universities and student associations to generate continuous awareness on our employer brand.- Supports in the implementation of the Raya’s corporate internship program (Explore).- Supports in the implementation of Raya’s corporate student competition program (Step Up).

-Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.-Maintain organisational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.-Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly.-Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organisation.-Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.-Contacting Companies which serving the employees such as Medical Insurance Company to make sure that the process runs smoothly.-Perform specific research/investigation into operational issues, as requested.-Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.

-Setting the short & long term vision for the Human resources-Setting long & short term objectives for both the Human resources functions .-Documentation activities inside in the company .-Recruitment activities in the organization .-Creating and implementing a strong performance management system and making sure it's implemented in the company.-Organizing training and workshops the company need.
