• Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs.• Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations.• Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.• Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.• Analyse with comparison statement of all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high-quality products at competitive pricing.• Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost, and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.• Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.• Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality improvement.• Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of the final product.• Create drawings from written and verbal specifications obtained from Project Engineer/ Manager/ Forman in order to get the approval from Project Consultant/ the client.• Interact with various teams to coordinate project activities. • Work with Manager in change order management, project tracking, and document control activities.• Track project progress and ensure all project activities are completed on time.• Attend project meetings and follow-up with outstanding tasks.• Review contract requirements and process invoices in timely manner.

Duties/ Responsibilities Preparation of monthly valuations and Preparation of monthly cost statement. Preparation of Daily progress report (DPR) Identifying variations and preparing valuation of variations and the variation claims.  Preparation of rates Preparation of sub-contract valuations and certifying payments. Quantification works and preparation of material schedules, bar bending schedules and budgets. Preparation of material status report and monthly progress reports. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client. Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations. Performing risk, value management and cost control. Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project. Cash flow preparation and Site Measurement.  Advising on procurement strategy.
