Responsible for selling the company’s products, responding to clients' queries, and providing advice and support on a range of product related issues.Duties;- Identify current and future customer services requirements,- Demonstrating how a product meets a client’s needs,- Building long term relationship & offering flexible solutions to new and existing clients,- Liaising with both current and potential clients to develop existing and new business opportunities,- Preparing sales reports for head office and senior managers by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales information, engineering and applications trends,- Demonstrating products, services and solutions to potential clients,- Make presentations as well as providing product demos and training in which helped gaining customer acceptance, - Putting together technical instruction for customers in relation to the use, operation and maintenance of purchased products,- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Under direction of Senior Medical Engineer serviced at 7 units of the hospital, as services and maintenance engineer, responsible of equipment, maximizing uptime with attention to safety, quality and compliance issues- Selected as a team leader and responsible for daily responsibilities and monitoring performance with reports to senior engineer - Diagnosed multi-functioning equipment’s, replaced or ordered parts and reprogrammed machines; used computer system to identify / record recurring issues,- Research, development and testing of medical devices.
