About Mohamed Kamal

We are interested in the stem cell biology in both cell therapy and cancer. Currently, we are studying the role can be played by umbilical cord derived stem cells in treatment of diabetes by generating insulin producing cells. In addition, we are studying the biology and genetics of Glioblastoma Multiforme, GBM, derived stem-like cells which are responsible for the recurrence and resistance of such deadly tumors.
