•Providing legal consultations to our clients in miscellaneous kinds of legal matters and disputes including but not limited to (Commercial, Real Estate, Rent, labor, Contracts, Corporate, company formulation, Mortgage, Islamic Sharia, intellectual properties, etc.).•Providing legal consultations and recommendations internally to the other departments in various situations and matters (e.g., Employment disputes, Criminal, company’s IP rights, Rental and agreements end to end process, etc.), to ensure all corporate practices matching the applicable laws and regulations.•Handling the legal disputes end-end staring with the case study and providing the convenient recommendations and disputing strategy up to execution of judgment.•Drafting cases statement of claims, legal memorandums, pleadings, and submissions for all Courts in UAE which including (First instance courts and Appeal courts, etc.)•studying and drafting new agreements, reviewing existing agreements.•Formulating new companies, issue necessary legal papers and documents to meet the requirements of laws & to maintain the company’s correct legal position.•Advising our clients (entities or individuals) in its transactions and contracts with third parties.•Direct control and lead the legal actions and legal proceedings to maximize the chances of collection of the receivables and defend the company’s interests.•Training and evaluating new and current employees to get maximum output and to Improve their capabilities and qualifications to represent the company and clients accordingly.•Managing and mentoring a branch of 27 employees from legal and administerial aspects on day-day transactions.•Controlling the transparency and the relationship among our company and other Governmental bodies to ensure the full compliance with the laws and regulations.•Managing legal risks and taking max. precautions to avoid any legal consequences or harm to the company.
