- Mainly Led the design and planning phases of ACI solutions for the STC Teclo-Cloud project, ensuring optimal architecture and alignment with organizational goals.- Provide design Consultation, HLD, LLD, Migration Plane, NRFU ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.- Managed the implementation of professional services, overseeing the deployment of Cisco’s Data Center products based on NX-OS,ACI,UCS and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.- Delivers migration plans, with a thorough understanding on networked applications and related dependencies.- Support the PM in resolution of project issues.- Ensure smooth closure of engagements using relationship with the customer to guide them to the next step.

• Implementing, upgrade and troubleshooting cisco Catalyst switches (2960, 3850, 6500, 9300, 9500), DC switches (Nexus5K, Nexus7K, Nexus9K), cisco routers.• Strong hands on with various routing/switching technologies configuring and troubleshooting Layer 2 & Layer 3 Protocols EIGRP, OSPF, BGP / different switching technologies VLANs, trucking, STP, RSTP, MST, EtherChannel, Stacking,VSS and VPC / Redundancy protocols HSRB, VRRP.• Hands on experience with Implementing network Optimization solutions (Riverbed).• Conducting DC migrations for large scale networks smoothly/hard cut off.• Plan out network installation / upgrade projects, dealing with escalated network support issues and finding the most suitable configuration templates for different projects.• Deal with Cisco Hyperflex solutions, Cisco UCS Manager, LAN, SAN, and Service Profiles.• Deal with Cisco ACI solution including Fabric initialization, object model, L2Out, L3Out, Service graphs.• Hands on with Hyper Converged Solutions specially Cisco Hyperflex.• Working on virtualization solutions such as VMware environment (Upgrading & TS ESXI hosts, vCenter deployment and upgrade, installing VMware host OS...).• Hands on experience with Cisco SD-WAN technologies (Deploy, troubleshoot and upgrade Cisco SD-WAN sites).• Documenting all network Topologies to provide any data for warranty issues and RMA tasks.

- Manging Cairo International Airport Terminal Building Network LANs, WANs, VPN, APN networks including (routers, switches, servers, firewalls..) & Provide full support operation for different network solutions.- Implementing, upgrade and troubleshooting cisco Catalyst switches (Acess, core and distribution switches) , Nexus7K , Nexus9K , cisco routers, ACL and VPNs.- Dealing with different security devices of different vendors (Fortigate, palo alto, firepower services..)- Handle and follow up field technicians to ensure field operations solved efficiently in time.- Documenting all network Topology and devices to provide any data for warranty issues and RMA tasks.

• Delivering customer change management and release management services for EAM Riverbed and Network Boost customers, doing technical validation for scope of work and performing the change on the agreed window, inside and outside normal working hours, in alignment with the VPO and CSE organizations.• Build and maintain technical expertise in EAM technologies including, Riverbed, IPanema.• Responsible for New implementations/projects of Standard IPVPN Customers & Configuring various Routing protocols for VPN customers (Static, BGP, OSPF, ..).• Perform router configuration, activation and acceptance testing.• Manage the End-to-End testing with the Customers and Order Management entities.• Responsible for New implementations/projects of International Ethernet Circuits (L2VPN Customers , VPLS Domains, .. ) Final Configuration on Backbone Network, as well as changes. • Applying Qos profile for L2VPN customers (traffic shaping, Policing, .. ).• Responsible for changes on PEs for Transpac’s CEs.• Meet or exceed the targets set by the management with regards to:- Customer Satisfaction.- Change Management efficiency.- Quality of 1st time change implementation.• Provide expert support to Pre-sales and Project Managers on VPN change Management requests on case-by-case basis.• Validate the detailed technical design of complex VPN changes.• Properly document the VPN design and make it available to the operational entities.

• Supporting, Troubleshooting leased lines & MPLS VPNs issues of Enterprise Customers. • Handle most types of field issues such as [routing, service outages, degradation, flaps, and packet loss issues, as well as having a good experience in troubleshooting different types of application technologies as MPLS L3VPN, MPLS L2VPN over wired media, and mobile 3G environments.• Troubleshooting PE-CE routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, static).• Assign missing configuration for enterprises customers related to Global Failure Problem (DSLAM, PE-Routers or CE-Routers).• Hands on experience with ATM & IP DSLAMs (Paradyne – Zhone – Zyxel – Huawei).• Hands on experience with many brands of Modems layer2 or layer3 (Zyxel, Adtran, AETHRA ...).• Assigning & guiding our Field technician in site till problem restoration.• Hands on experience with routers [(Cisco CRS 16, CRS 8, ASR, GSR, 7200, 7600, 2800, 1700, etc…), Juniper MX104, M10i, SRX240h2...]• Troubleshooting Transmissions links/trunks (10G, 1G, STM4, STM1, E3 and E1).• Handling IS-IS and BGP major alarms, also both Core and Access network nodes logs on the night shift [Trunks, Power outages, and Temperature, CPU, DSLAMs, and Bandwidth Utilization].• Monitoring, Troubleshooting Network nodes including (Routers, Switches, DSLAMs, local trunks ...), also International links with up-stream providers and take the proper action with concerned teams.• Prepare technical reports about network nodes before & after maintenance process.
