Communicate with the senior managers to plan all branches special tools (SST), equipment’s and diagnosis tools purchasing and maintenance for current and new vehicles.Maintain tool and equipment’s and diagnostic tools according to periodic maintenance schedule to keep them in good and healthy condition all over service centers.Responsible for all: annual operation expenses, annual Capital Expenditure for the technical department.Ascertain all services and repairs comply with company’s and manufacturer’s standard to gain customer satisfaction.Ensure high quality repairs to according to FRFT way.Ensures the compliance of safety, health environment standard and procedures for all staffs and establishment.Manage KIA Global quality assurance and technical plan to streamline service flow and operation in all KIA Egypt service centers.Solve escalated customers complains by service manager in order to obtain high customer satisfaction level Providing technical information, service bulletins, and technical tips for main distributor and dealers in EGYPT.
