Plans, schedules, directs, and provides overall supervision of the wastewater treatment plants O&M. Ensures that the systems are operating within guidelines and peak efficiency Directs and performs inspections of contract work; recommends acceptance of work Regularly collect plant data, to prepare publications for instruction or consultation to be used for the public and presentation. Follow up with Engineers for the inventory of stored material for use in the plant. Prepares reports (Plant Monthly report, Invoice Monthly report, incident & accident …eats) for submission to the client as agreed on the date of submission. Making root causes analysis in repeated cases. Troubleshooting for plant Quality performance. Ensure all necessary reports are submitted to the Client on time. Responsible for managing the Operation, Quality, and Safety issues, and Inventory Control in WWTPManage QC & Safety teams including workload, motivation, training appraisals.Ensure the standard operating procedures are followed on the site. Ensure Quality Management system and safety policies are followed in the siteSupport all employees to comply with Quality and Safety requirements.Proper reporting and tracking.Report issues and violations to the Project Director.Ensure Quality standards are followed by all employees on his site. Ensure accurate Inventory on his site.Controls Quality and Safety in his site.Ensure housekeeping, safety standards are maintained on his site. Promote staff development & contribute to the appraisals of all employees.Submit required records.Meet regularly with Managers to report requirements and pending issues
