As a Data Scientist at Barco Control Rooms, I am responsible for utilizing data analysis and modeling techniques to gain insights and make data-driven decisions to improve the performance of control room systems. My role involves collecting and analyzing large sets of data from both the product and R&D departments to identify patterns and trends. I use statistical and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models, and use data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders. Additionally, I am responsible for implementing and maintaining data infrastructure and ensuring data quality.I work closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insights and help generate new values based on the data. I also act as a data science advisor to teams and individuals, providing guidance and support on data-related projects and initiatives.

Working under the quality assurance manager of Sutrac and DAL Engineering Company as a project manager with the CRM team in deferent projects including:• Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM products.• Implementation of the AVAYA call center system.• Drafting different processes and work flows for the CRM team activities.• Database Clean-up and ensuring that the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.• Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met• Setting customer service standards.• Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.• Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.• Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.• Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.

(Excel, OBIE, Business Objects, and SPSS). ▪ Participates in the design of operational systems, business processes, and reports. ▪ Analyse data to determine industry and competitive positioning. To support any project within the department or related to the department functions.

Provide an effective central procurement function ensuring DAL Motors brands; KIA, Mitsubishi and Mercedes Benz are catered to within set time frames. Liaising with relevant staff to ensure policies and procedures are followed. Ensuring orders from suppliers are dispatched, Binned in the system and ensure that items from invoices are cleared and delivered to the warehouse. Responsible for following up back orders until arranging new delivery dates, and negotiating technicalities of procurement with the global suppliers.
