- Performance evaluation of suppliers and contractors.- Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials.- Negotiate with suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues.- Analyzes current procurement activities and recommends improvement through more efficient procurement methods.- Construction Contracts drafting.- Negotiate with contractors on all issues related to contracts and projects.- Review suppliers and contractor’s contracts documentation and advise the management with suitable amendments.- Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Manager in order to meet department objectives.- Assist the design department to obtain building materials compatible with the design.

- Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.- Receiving purchase requisition and ensuring their accuracy.- RFQ according to the approved specifications.- Quotation analysis.- Issuance of purchase orders.- Maintain suppliers contractors database- submission of invoices and receipt of payment to the finance department. - Contracts management up to the delivery of a project.- Works within a given budget to purchase goods and services .
