Responsible for developing and maintaining Battery Management Systems for BMW projects BMS Projects:Battery management systems (BMS) are electronic control circuits that monitor and regulate the charging and discharge of batteries. The battery characteristics to be monitored include the detection of battery type, voltages, temperature, capacity, state of charge, power consumption, remaining operating time, charging cycles, and some more characteristics.Main Responsibilities:• Development and configuration C-embedded software running on AUTOSAR platform.• Performing AUTOSAR modeling and system config (SWC compositions like Component instances, connectors), configure and optimize AUTOSAR based SW architecture.• Collaborate with cross functional teams to bring innovation or overcome the obstacles of the owned modules.• Plan, monitor and manage time effectively against targets and milestone.• work in an Agile development team (SCRUM).

As one of the software development team in Intuitive HMI and Connected Car domains, to develop the following systems: • Human Machine Interface products as dome modules, climate control, gesture control and more. • Software requirements analysis, design and coding of different automotive embedded systems. • Responsible for configuration management and continuous integration. • Running Real Time and integration testing and debugging different components. • Configuring AUTOSAR BSW modules.• Implementation of different diagnostic services following ISO 14229 (UDS).• Applying software guidelines including MISRA-C rules and corporate rules.• Incremental V Cycle activities (SRS, CDD, CODE, ITD).Projects:1-BMW FZD F40 F44 FAAR: Dome module which is responsible for gesture movements to control multimedia, controlling roof and anti-theft alarm. • Configuring DCM AUTOSAR 4.0 module (Diagnostics Communication Manager) and implementing end of line DIDs and routines. • Configuring and Implementing NVM AUTOSAR 4.0 module (Memory Manager) to ensure the data storage and maintenance of non-volatile data according to their individual requirements in the automotive environment. • Hands on communication stack including Partial network configuration. • Planning and Executing Real time tests. • Hands on OS BSWM and ECUM from system stack. • Integrating and testing standard components like Battery, Motor Driver and Key & Slider. • Analyzing the results / Fixing issues of all the BMW Tests. FAT (Flash Acceptance Tool) -- UDS (Unified Diagnostic Services) - - DM (Diagnostic Manager) ZST (Testing Selective Wakeup and Partial Network) • Familiar with BMW Tools and tests: E-SYS, EDIABUS, FAT and ZST. • Implementing BSR according to Customer Requirements • Hands on communication stack (Ethernet) including Partial network configuration.
