I joined 3S as Senior Developer and stay for three years in this position my role was getting requirement from customer and analysis it and get approval from customer and internal manager then start development till deliver to customer so i play more than one role in this position , then i get position Technical Team Leader where i was responsible for team consists of three developers and one tester , My responsibilities was provides guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to team for the purpose of achieving a key result or group of aligned results. Reports to a project manager (overseeing several teams). Monitors the quantitative and qualitative result that is to be achieved. also i was works within the team as a developer member, carrying out the same roles but with the additional team leader responsibilities - as opposed to higher level management who often have a separate job role altogether. My role as junior developer was development with C# Web forms - Windows forms and SQL server in workflow system and Application Engine system , deliver to QC team and fixing any issues if exists till deliver to customer.
