Furthermore, responsible analyzing tender documents, adhering standard codes of practice, Procuring & subcontractor management. In addition to these assisting in estimation procedure, seconding for Quantity Surveyor in case of sickness & annual leave periods.

Responsible for understanding of all stages of the projects for government and private clients, from the initial design cost appraisal to project sign off. Working with teams including Architects and Engineers to ensure the project fulfillment. And other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
