• Accountable for designing, implementing, monitoring, maintenance and documenting TE Data ITinfrastructure solutions and projects from network and high availability, business continuity anddisaster recovery perspectives.• Designing Corporate Datacenter Active switches including Cisco Nexus 2k, N5k, N7k designing,implementation, monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting.• Designing IT Data center passive components including: fiber cables, fiber patch panels and racks• Responsible for providing high availability using Big IP F5 LTM, and monitoring thesolution by F5 analyzer, providing periodically reports upon business needs.• Implementing NAC network admission control by using ARUBA CLEARPASS forwireless guest access work flow (BYOD solution).• Designing and Operating Solution for TE Data Corporate Branches and HQs.• Implementing and develop Solution for monitoring and reporting the Systems and the networkdevices (Riverbed Cascade, LMS, Orion …).• Provisioning and managing all company Wireless controller and Access points (Aruba, Cisco).• Assessing TEData Corporate network to make sure it is secure and in compliance with TEData policies.• Leading the IT network engineers and technicians, by set biannual objectives and put the PDR evaluation every 6 months.• Responsible for delivering training for new comers.

Roles & Responsibilities• Managing TEData Corporate network using commercial products (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Hp , Aruba , Nexus switches ) .• Administrating Load balancing (F5 LTM, Cisco ACE) .• Installing and Maintain Firewall Policies (Fortinet firewall) .• Implementing and develop Solution for monitoring and reporting the Systems and the network devices (Whatsup, LMS, Orion,riverbed steel central …).• Provisioning all TEData Corporate switches (Cisco, juniper, hp) .• Configuring different types of wireless solution like Cisco, Aruba and FortiNet, and monitoring using AIRWAVE and WCS .• Updating the configuration templates [Cisco, HP, Juniper, Fortigate, Aruba, juniper].• Handling all planned and unplanned outage related to Corporate network .

• responsible of fault management of the network. • responsible for the network management software to isolate problems in real-time. • Acknowledging alarms and follow through using troubleshooting procedures. • open and close trouble, maintenance, and change control tickets within a specific time frame, while detailing the issue for the ease of knowledge transfer. • contact and deploy the Field Technician for any appropriate problems. • access network devices (Routers/DSL AMs and switches) for maintenance and troubleshooting. • coordinate and implement network software and hardware upgrades with other operation teams. • use tools and utilities to resolve network performance and related system/network issues • escalate issue trouble tickets when appropriate utilizing escalation procedures. • update existing procedures and write new procedures relative to essential duties and responsibilities. • maintain NOC troubleshooting tools.
