 Manage F&B & daily operations within budgets & to the highest standards  Manage financial aspects of the operation including budgeting, forecasting, purchasing and inventory controls  Create/ Maintain/ Distribute weekly schedules for staff and communicate changes as appropriate to all Magnify F&B sales by identifying/ targeting sales opportunities via marketing including promotions, special events & up-selling Uphold guest satisfaction by handing inquiries, concerns or comments & provide solutions, acquiring feedback from guests/ co-workers in order to ensure satisfaction and/or implement service improvement ideas Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures Assist/ Support during the creation of annual goals and objectives Ensure health/ safety regulations are strictly observed, recorded and archived & departmental operating standards are met on daily basis Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on food, beverage and labor costs Ensure all credit and financial transactions are handled in a secure manner Monitor local competitors and industry trends

 Negotiate contracts, assist in the selection of menu items, schedule banquet staff, arrange for facilities & maximize profits  Communicate customer needs to the appropriate personnel Develop/ Maintain banquet accounts by ensuring exceeding customer satisfaction before, during, and after the event  Achieve maximum profitability and over-all success by controlling costs and quality of service Participation and input towards F&B Marketing activities Handle high profile customers under pressure and with an extremely high level of professionalism Keep abreast of trends and developments in the industry, such as menus & trends in consumer tastes Responsible for the appropriate and timely set up of all functions and meetings while maintaining standards  Maintain a high level of service by constantly training and coaching all direct reports and staff
