My current job role is to receive customer or agent requests for ocean and air freight export, import, or cross-trade and seek the best rates and services based on the Incoterm CIF, FOB, EXW, and DDP, so I contact the shipping lines, air lines, and transportation companies in order to get the best solution with an acceptable transit time. I am responsible for:-Follow up with the customers or agents in order to get the business.- Strengthening relationships with shipping lines, air lines, and transportation companies to get their support.- Prepare Excel and PDF quotes for customers and agents to help them improve their business offers.- Prepare weekly reports in order to follow up on our progress.- Analyzing the weekly reports to improve our KPIs- Satisfy the company's customers and make sure that they get all the required information.- Help junior executives on our team reach their best performance.
