• Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling andanalyzing account information.• Manage all accounting transactions (Purchase, Sales, Payment, Receipt,Journal, Stock, LPO, Petty cash, Bank deposit etc.)• Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.• Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.• Support month-end and year-end close process.• Monthly invoices preparation for running project after getting progress breakdown from Engineering team.• Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process• Provide input into department's goal setting process• Handling Import & Export.• Dealing with the preparation and submission of VAT returns.• Preparation of payroll as per the rules of WPS and transferring it through bank toemployee’s account.• Supervising the work of office juniors and assigning work for them.• Monitoring inventory, office stock and ordering supplies as necessary.• Monitoring bank balances & reconciliation Bank statements.• Accounts Receivables: Preparing and sending the statements follow up andcollection of all dues from customers on due date.• Ensuring debtors control & confirmation on monthly basis.• Accounts Payable: Check the internal material requisition and quotations fromsuppliers. Verify the purchase order, store receipt vouchers and supplier invoices.Reconciliation of all supplier’s accounts and prompts payment to suppliers.• Preparation of creditors report & reconciliation.• Inventory control: periodically checked and verified stores receipt and issuedvouchers, Bin Cards, stock sheets, supervised stock taking and valued theinventory.• Overall responsibility for the accounting systems and requirements and effectivecontrol of the financial accounting functions.• Assisting auditors on their requirements to prepare auditing reports of thecompany.• Handling & follow up for payments and arranging for Cheque collection andmanaging payables.

E-filing.• Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and checkdifferences.• Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.• Review and process expense reports.• Inventory planning• Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
