- Managing an existing sales team, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help them increase their performance.
- Developing strategies to increase market share by identifying new opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets.
- Providing leadership training and motivation to the sales team to help them meet their goals.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Keeping up to date information about the trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial market.
