Job description: Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies, Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts viz, journal, ledger, cash book and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy norms, Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing financial statements viz, P&L Account, Balance Sheet and annual reports, Reconciling inter-branch accounts and monitoring branch records as well as preparing creditors/ debtor’s reconciliation statements, Preparing Project Budgets Liaising with banks / financial institutions under the supervision of superiors to meet the Company’s requirements. Initiating; managing and preparing the monthly budget in close co-ordination with Senior Managers, General Managers, and Departmental Heads, Expertise in preparing Monthly Reports including receivables, payables, expenses analysis etc.
