Manage Complex ITS Customer Project in Kuwait:- Implement Datacenter Virtualization and Tier 1 – 3 Data Storage, BRS, Active / Active DR Replica, DataNetwork & Security and Monitoring Solutions- Implement Cloud Solutions (Mobility Management, MS Azure, Cortex XDR and SecureWorks CTPX)- Implement and Migrate DBs on Active / Active SQL Always ON- Coordinate Internal Resources, Third Parties and Vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Lead Virtual Banking Solution Bid (Construction, Technology, SW Dev and Integration with Core Banking)

Manage multiple successful managed services’ contracts in terms of P&L, monitor KPIs according to contracted SLA and review the Service performance with the customers

 Build and reinvent services portfolio to create service funnel and business pipeline across middle east and north Africa Take ownership and manage the strategic bids for managed services and IT outsourcing tenders with relevant stakeholders Contribute in Managed Services Business Development across MENA middle east by build strong relationship with strategic customers Attend shuttle visits across MENA region to add new prospects & accounts and to build partnership alliance with potential vendors to compel and enrich the services offerings  Commercialize managed services offerings, build offerings, set market plans, project selling price and develop marketing collaterals Conduct awareness sessions and rich portfolio knowledge for sector service managers and field presales in order to increase their service selling ability
