Reporting to : Chief Financial Officer under the supervision of Group Financial Controller Areas of responsibilities •Develop, maintain and monitor procedures and policies to ensure the system of internal controls is operating effectively. •Provide timely and accurate management reports including standalone, consolidated financial statements to the management and directors of the group. •Preparation of financial highlights to board of directors of the group emphasizing internal control weaknesses and inefficiencies along with professional recommendations. •Monitoring budgets, forecast and presenting of variance report to the management. •Monitoring cash flow of the group to minimize the overdraft and finance cost thereon, establishing effective treasury management system. •Developing Monthly and weekly financial reporting templates, Budget template, Financial dashboard, and other various financial reporting templates. •Liaison with the banks, auditors and other regulatory authorities.
