Maintain proper insurance coverage for all Banque Du Caire’s Assets, liabilities, and products to eliminate loss risk and enrich bank's services.-Supervise the process of gathering the real value of bank’s assets from all concerned departments (Finance, IT, ATM management, Fleet) to update the insurance balance.-Handling RFP/tendering process and supervise on preparing technical evaluation reports for all bidders regarding all bank’s insurance policies.-Preparing the annual budget study to fulfil the department's requirements.-Develop insurance policies' terms and conditions.-Handling relations management with insurance companies and brokers.-Conducting process and procedures development plans.-Supervise handling different department’s requests and inquiries.-Supervise reviewing issued policies, PRFs, endorsements.-Supervise claiming process starting from claim notification till claim settlement.-Developing team members' skills and capabilities.-Monitor Insurance broker performance and adherence and outputs.-Conducting monthly/yearly reports and presenting them to top management.

Maintain proper insurance coverage for all Etisalat Assets to eliminate losses risk.-Gather the real value of company’s assets from all concerned departments (Finance, IT, Technical, Fleet) to update the insurance balance on monthly basis.-Review the issued endorsements and make sure that it is issued as per monthly declaration.-Review with the insurance company the monthly balance calculations to issue the monthly PRFs to the finance department.-Following up with the insurance company till claim collection.-Working with contracts team to handle the RFP/tendering process and preparing technical evaluation reports for all bidders.-Reviewing policies' terms and conditions and updating them through enhancing the scope of coverage according to market changes and claims history to enhance risk management.-Negotiate with the insurance company the market value of the newly assured items and the category assigned to it, to reach a challenging rate.

- Supervision on handling sales department referrals.- Generating weekly reports for the issued , pending and canceled policies.- Generating monthly reports to clarify department achievements.- Generating monthly appraisal for department employee.- Handling customer's escalations.- Making deals with insurance companies.
