Atilim Makina is a company that produces Mixers, Basket mills, filling machines, Reactors, Storage Tanks, and more machines from stainless steel and mainly turn-key chemical factories from A to z. my job description is as below : • Mainly responsible for our company's international export and sales. • Working on customer relations with our company to strengthen and solve any problem happens during the production and installation on project bases or machine sales. • Making sales strategy and arranging which fairs to join and when • Attending fairs organized in Turkey and abroad in order to find new customers as we work on project bases we don't have a fixed customer.• Writing technical offers and price offer• Calculating our production time and cost calculations • Following up with production and doing quality control.• Finishing banking jobs if the job is going to be done by L/C• Arranging proforma and packing list and doing export documents with our custom company• Traveling abroad to supervise the installation of the machines or the Project.• Following up with the customer after the project delivery to keep our relationship with customers good and always offering help in any problem.
