1- Preparation Of Material Take Off ( M.T.O ) According To Project Drawings And To Prepare Material Requisition With Coordination With The Project Manager.2- Check Quality And Dimension Against Purchase Order Requisition.3- Inspect Materials For Transportation Damages.4- Identify Product Marking Against Certificates / Inspection Reports.5- Compare Certificates And Inspection Reports Against The Specification.6- Ensure That The Material Control Activities Are Carried Out According To a written Procedures.7- Controlling Material Circulation During Construction Phase.8- Ensure That A proper System For Material Control Records And Certificates Is Established And Maintained For Each Project.9- Coordinates The Supplier Activities For Ensuring That The Material Is Delivered.10- Collects All Information On Progress Of Supplies And Constantly Informs The Project Manager About Existing Or Probable Delays In Order To Take The Corrective Action.11. Studying tenders documents and analyzing the entire technical and commercial requirement for quoting.12. Feeding the Lead estimators and other departments with all information needed to prepare the required documents for tendering process .13. Making a time schedule to compile and complete all tender deliverables for submission on due date.14. Following up all the tender clarifications and correspondence after submission.

Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.12. Assist in negotiating pricing, terms and conditions with distributors.
