Work responsibilities: (Current)• Receive files from credit Risk Department and check the approvals. • The assurance that all the conditions stated in the credit m e m oare fulfilled.• Preparing the documents needed to be signed by the client.• preparing the contracts & Cheques prior to the signing process.• Securing proper cases closing by completing all the required disbursementcondition.• Archiving all original documents for both individual and portfolio clients.• Responsible for the segregation of annual cheques related to customers. • Responsible for the Bounced and New cheques Safe and all portfolioscheques, ensure following set procedures / policies concerning the safe, keys and registers.• Monthly reconciliation for both bounced and annual cheques safe.• Sending returned cheques for collection based on collection department request.• P o s t the details of the new cheques on customers' accounts through the Oracle system.• Preparing Monthly Property Insurance Report. • Preparing Monthly I Score Report.• Preparing Monthly Life Insurance Report.• Preparing Clearance certificate for clients.• Preparing settlement calculation for clients.• Handling B EInitiative customers.Responsible for fulfilling all DOX for the B E Customers.• Responsible for calculating run off for CBE customers.• Receive all documents and receive new applications and KYC.• Receiving daily file for payment transactions on EHFC (CAE Account). • Preparing Daily sheets for transaction to allocate cash deposits onCustomer's Account Throughthe FL system.• Follow up with Corporate team to know unknown transactions.• Checking on system Customer's accounts to ensure that monthlyinstalments cheques run on Oracle system.
