PROJECT: MIXED USED DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AT OLD AIRPORT ROAD Key Responsibilities:  Preparing monthly interim bills, subcontractors’ payment certificates. Review & evaluate sub-contractor’s claims and variations and handling variations orders, extra works and etc. submitted to the consultant. Preparing the procurement packages with all documents like RFQ process, bid-evaluation, technical evaluation, expediting material and documents after ordering the materials. Assisting Compilation of tender/bid offer submissions on Additional or Variation works. Ensure the compliance of purchasing process with all internal Company's rules. verify current inventory levels and keep records to prevent inventory gaps. Assist on value Engineering and Cost Optimization in Estimation.  Prepare evaluations/cost projections of the assignment to meet requirements of works in progress. Preparing and maintaining records of sub-contractors agreement and payments. Organizing the procurement from local markets and international markets Inspection of received materials and Reporting to Project Manager with Procurement Status Report Maintain all certification and registrations for the purchased items.

PROJECT: 1. DOHA BRITISH SCHOOL (DBS) EXTENSION PROJECT – AIN KHALID2. RENOVATION & MAINTENANCE WORK – WAKRA DOHA BRITISH SCHOOLKey Responsibilities:  Preparation of BOQ based on design drawings & Specifications. Take-off the joint measurement with subcontractor at site to evaluate the subcontractor payments.  Preparing monthly interim bills, subcontractors’ payment certificates and Final account settlements and close-out of reports. Managing and procuring of materials based on planning schedules and verify current inventory levels and keep records to prevent inventory gaps. Evaluating weekly, monthly progress and presenting to project manager and consultant. Placing LPO’s and coordinating with project coordinator and subcontractor. Preparing, presenting and follow-up related to technical queries to stakeholders and do the needful. Perform design work assistance for new construction, renovation works. Analysis and evaluation of project related claims and its related contractual matters. Compilation of tender/bid offer submissions and evaluating technical & commercial documents. Comparison between tender and construction stage and cost analysis. Prepares specific budgets and forecasts in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures for selected work.  Assisting on Material and Labour management for selected work. Participating in regular meetings and negotiations with project team members.

PROJECT: CONSTRUCTION OF NEW KALLADY BRIDGEKey Responsibilities:  Take-off the measurement/quantites based on design drawings. Assisting on preparation of Bill of Quantites on tender/bid offer. Scrutinising rate breakdown & pricing of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with required specification given in tender docs. Preparation of Interim payments, Final account settlements and close-out of reports. Dexterously prepared and maintained records of sub-contractors agreements and payments. Reviewing and responding to sub-contractor’s valuations, invoices and clarifications Preparing and handling variations, extra works and claims etc. Participating in regular meetings and negotiations with project team members. Perform design work assistance for site related construction works. Ensure that the all site works meet the specifications with stipulated quality standards. Preparing submittals for consultant approval (compliance statement, material product data, etc.). Comparison between supplier quotation and placing POs.

PROJECT: CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSING APPARTMENTS (UNITS - 1,137 Nos.)Key Responsibilities:  Take-off the all measurement/quantites to procure the materials based on design drawings. Assisting in the preparation of interim payments certificates and evaluating sub-contractors’ bills. Reviewing and responding to sub-contractor’s technical clarifications. Day work accounts with in-put and out-put records. Preparing rebar schedules in the concret work. Assisting in the preparation of tender documents Comparison of construction program and its progress analysis Preparing and maintaining records of sub-contractors agreement and payments Scrutinizing rate breakdown on extra works.  Productivity analysis of labours and plants.
