ARAMCO, JUAYMAH Terminal Onshore Expansion Project, KSA; this is my first assignment in KSA for this Mega Client such as ARAMCO in the Oil & Gas industry. I was assigned as planning leader for this project; and currently I am residing in Saudi Arabia for this project.

CDU & SGP units for Suez Canal Corridor Petro-Refinery, Ain Al-Sokhna, Egypt, I was appointed planning leader to this project. The consortium executing this project consists of Enppi, Bechtel and Petrojet for its owner REDSEA and with the assistance of its representative Worley Parsons. Being the planning leader of the project at the early phase which it is currently at added to my responsibilities the task of setting up the project with our consortium partners and the owner to the best interest of my company. Reporting to the top management was an essential part of the job. but at the end the strategy for execution of the project was changed from client side.

ADNOC, Satah Gas Off Gas Compressor Project, UAE; The project is initiated to install a new Off Gas Compressor at ZIRKU ISLAND, SATAH FIELD with a capacity 10.8 MMSCFD to replace the Low pressure mode of Existing Amine by-Pass Gas Compressor. I spent 3 months in this lumpsum turnkey project, which was carried out by Enppi for the owner ADNOC. My responsibilities included revising the planning package - by coordinating with construction sub-contractor "ALJABER ENERGY SERVICE" - to recover project delays.

EPCC, CCR-NHT-ISO Complex along with its utilities, Asyut, Egypt: significant part of my practical career I spent on this project. Starting from the Contract signature date till the performance guarantee test run, I spent almost 3.5 years on this lumpsum turnkey project carried out by a consortium of Enppi, WOOD and Petrojet for the owner ASORC and its representative Worley Parsons. My responsibilities included preparing the project planning package from baseline schedule, control sheets and project controls procedures. I was entrusted to crucial business trips to some of the project’s key vendors to resolve outstanding commercial issues. I witnessed the construction site from rough grading till erection of steel and equipment till commissioning these equipment and starting them up

ANRPC, New CCR & Platforming Unit, Alexandria, Egypt: Spent almost 2.5 years on this lumpsum turnkey project, which was carried by Enppi as an EPC Contractor. My responsibilities included Monitoring and reporting Level 3 EPC schedules. Liaising with all project parties in respect of progress and schedule updating. Progress reporting, developing & updating of Progress trackers and daily follow up of Engineering, procurement construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities

ETHYDCO, Egyptian Polyethylene project, Alexandria, Egypt: Spent a year & half on this lumpsum turnkey project, which was carried out by a joint venture between Enppi and TOYO Japan for the owner ETHYDCO. My responsibilities included Monitoring and reporting Level 3 Construction schedules. Liaising with Construction Manager/Engineers and Contractors in respect of progress and schedule updating. Progress reporting, Construction activities follow up and daily follow up of construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
