• Managing, monitoring & interpreting the working drawings provided by the client/architect.• Closely monitor site activities & materials to ensure quality of work is in compliance with shop drawings, constructions norms / standards and contract requirements.• Following up work progress & achievement rates to ensure their compliance with the projects’ schedule.• Negotiating ideas and solutions with team members.• Managing team members’ tasks & activities.• Supervising equipment installation & product manufacturing.• Reviewing contractor’s quantities & invoices.• Analyze & forecast future site requirements. • Implementing quality assurance / control procedures.• Attend project meetings representing the consultant.
