Service Operations Manager
Current- Advise Customer about necessary service for routine maintenance.Help identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test.
- Follow & implement LEXUS Service Advisor Steps:1- Appointment2- Reception3- Writing-up repair needs.4- Monitoring work in progress5- Final check for delivery.6- Job explanation at delivery. 7- Post service follow-up.
- Receiving average: 25 – 30 Vehicles / day for servicing and repairing.
- Develops & maintains a working knowledge of the functions & operation of the various mechanical, hydraulic, & electrical systems used on the vehicles on which the service department normally work.
- Ensures that customers’ vehicles are fixed right 1st time by implementing the quality procedures.
- Ensures that repair estimates are reasonable.
