Job roles & responsibilities: •Conduct detailed take-offs and measurements. • Assist in preparing tender estimates and BOQ's for bids. •Review and analyze project specifications and drawings.• Reporting on cost variance based on contract scope, contractual requirements, direct & indirect cost, and cost allocation for material.• Assist in the procurement process by obtaining and evaluating quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.• Assist in preparing interim claims with all the supporting documents.• Perform site visits and inspections to assess progress.• Assist in preparing and submitting VO's.• Preparation of additional claims and extension of time.•Cost savings from the value engineering exercise with the team•Maintain accurate project documentation and records. •Attend commercial & contractual meetings with client representatives and consultants.Involved in various types of projects in pre-contract activities

Job roles & responsibilities: •Preparation of bills of quantities & Taking off measurements.•Taking off measurements to verify the quantities in the BOQ.•Preparation of cost estimates.•Sub contractors interim payment evaluation and certificate.•Assist to preparing of variations including finding the supporting documents.•Taking off individual measurements for civil works.•Quotations based rate analysis with sub contractors and suppliers.•Coordinating with the QA/QC officer and site engineer to proceed with payments.• Attending meetings with the consultant, main contractor, subcontractors, or suppliers, supportive to the commercial manager or on behalf.•Managing the quality of work, site inspection, safety of work & maintenance progress of work. Participating in the site progress review meetings and taking progress for monthly statements.
