A320 First Officer

• The owner of the customer contract, order and project in Ericsson's business system and secures fulfillment of all supply related activities from proposal to order, contract terms and conditions until delivery at the agreed destination (Incoterms)• Provides timely and accurate communication towards the customers, Key account managers, Project Managers and suppliers of status during the end-to-end flow to secure effective use of supply chain and timely financial transactions• Effectively handles exemptions and priority requests from markets • Actively works with optimizing actual orders in order to maximize inventory turnover and to minimize inventory carrying costs• Perform target and measurement follow-up on internal performance within markets

• Working for Vodafone account, the strategic account at Ericsson in the 3G and Modernization projects (Multimillion Euros projects) • Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent, where applicable, in the day to day duties of a project’s administration. • Assist in plan and spec analysis in order to provide clear, trackable and coordinated interpretations of the Mobilization, Implementation and Integration of the 3G network. • Act as liaison with subcontractors in expediting plans, schedules and related information. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs (Vendor/Subcontractor, Purchase, and Owner etc.), track responses and advice the Project Manager and Superintendent of the status of the project. • Obtain quotations for Notices of Change, release POs to our suppliers and release invoices to our customer. • Monitor field work, including contract work, to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, specifications and codes. • Prepare all mandatory documents (site surveys, access permits, downtime approvals.. Etc) to support mobilization/Installation/Integration of equipment as required. • Attend project coordination and customer/contractor/architect/engineer/logistics meetings as requested or required. • Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision.
