1. Role ObjectiveMonitoring the quality of workers on site by the contractorAvailability of raw materials according to quality specifications2.  Follow-up the electrical work of the current project at the site Preparing HVAC layouts (A /c, Ventilation, Firefighting, LPG, plumbing systems). Preparing Electrical layouts (power, CCTV, Lighting, Telephone, Fair alarm, Voice). Plumbing -Preparation of shop drawings for water supply and drainage system. Air condition -preparation of shop drawings for fresh air system, supply air, and exhaust system. Preparation of Building elevations and Sections. Preparation of As-Build Drawings, General Layout plans, Mechanical. Drawings etc. Provide regular reports to senior management of progress on activities and projects Undertaken by the group

Engineering

 Supervision of the execution of street lighting & landscape lighting. Supervision on renovation (Electrical) inside rooms and outside buildings and UPS system, BMS System. Air conditioning system: - Supervising the regular operation and maintenance of all electrical work related to adaptation. Swimming pool: - Supervision of Regular operation and maintenance for all electrical works pertaining the swimming pool. Fire system: - Supervise the change of the electrical panel and pumps station electrical panel. Supervision and work on the plan to reduce electricity and the use of alternative energy. Boiler system: - Supervision of electricity station boilers and Regular operation and planned maintenance of. General supervision on the maintenance and operation of cars electricity. Quality Officer within the establishment. Supervision of electricity maintenance programs and Preparation and follow up of monthly and periodic maintenance programs Member within the Occupational Health and Safety Commission. Preparing and following training programs for employees

Bachelor Stage, Microbiology & Chemistry, Good

Engineer’S Degree, Air Condation & Electricity, Fairly Good
