Exposure:-Involved in the screening and deep dive analysis for eight internal valuations in six different industries.-Witnessed the full M&A cycle from client solicitation to SPA and SHA discussions. Prepared valuation using public company comparables, precedent transactions, and DCF; analysis resulted in the basis for negotiation with potential buyers. Prepared the sell-side pitch and marketing documents (Investment Teaser and Information Memorandum). Managed the Due Diligence process, which involved several parties and their advisors. Areas included Financial, Commercial, Legal, Tax, Technical, Environmental and Compliance.-Arranged eight Bonds issuance transactions – Securitized Bonds – including bond pricing, structuring, & marketing.-Representing bondholders for five tranches their value exceeding EGP 2bn.-Evaluated four investment opportunities presented to the bank for equity participation.-Provided more than ten investment advice, tactics and recommendation for internal use, other corporates, and government.-Prepared a feasibility study including the financial model for a tire manufactory its total investment cost will be around USD 478mn.Daily Operations:-Performing a range of financial valuation tasks encompassing developing business forecasts, discounted cash flow valuation and multiples based analysis.-Constructing and validating financial models using spreadsheet software (Excel) for valuation purposes and feasibility studies.-Preparing presentation for use in client meetings and needs.-Conducting full analysis (Financial, Market, Industry, Firm, and SWOT), in order to conclude the viability of existing and new investments through preparing full Investment Memorandum & valuation reports.-Contributing in all aspects of investment from deal flow management through appraisal, negotiation, documentation, structuring, approval, and deal closure.
