As a Project Engineer, I serve as the crucial link between the site team and the technical office staff. My role involves proactively identifying and resolving obstacles that could hinder project workflow. I reviewed and marked shop drawings to verify their compliance with project requirements and design specifications. Additionally, I collaborate closely with the planning team to ensure engineering activities align with established timelines, enabling successful project completion within schedule. Furthermore, I facilitate coordination meetings and workshops with consultants to reach consensus on solutions for any technical team challenges, ensuring a smooth flow of work.

Al-Salam Hospital (Finishing works): built on 100,000 square meters the hospital has thirteen floors, containing approximately 500 beds and 110 clinics.

Al-Mohamadia Compound (Turnkey):Al Mohamadia residential compound (phase-2) with more 166 units that are divided into three different types ranging between 23 villas doublex,10 buildings –suites and apartment, recreation building with a swimming pool, staff accommodation, multipurpose court, play areas, landscaping, infrastructure, RO plant and four underground tanks.My responsibilities encompassed the following critical tasks:1. Project Documentation: I meticulously delivered comprehensive site reports, maintaining accurate and detailed records of project progress and activities. These reports were essential for tracking project milestones and ensuring effective communication with project stakeholders.2. Quantity Surveying: I skillfully marked quantities for project bills and material quotations, playing a crucial role in cost estimation and project budget management. This precise quantification of materials and resources helped optimize resource allocation and control project expenses.3. Rebar Management: I managed the rebar cutting list, ensuring that steel reinforcement was accurately prepared to meet project specifications. This meticulous attention to detail significantly contributed to the structural integrity of the projects.4. Shop Drawing Review: I reviewed and marked shop drawings to verify their compliance with project requirements and design specifications.
