- Developing a costing system for the company and implement it in ERP- Baan system.- Supervising warehouses and CAPEX- Prepare Standard rates to be uploaded in system- Prepare monthly actual costing statement (Manufacturing cost)and analyzing expenses for a proper control- Checking manufacturing variances and inventory revaluation- Prepare annual budget and updating the 5 years business model.- prepare monthly financials, month-end and year-end reports.

The company has recently established a costing dep. Within their structure, I work under the costing section head supervision as a cost controller; our task is to establish a costing system for the company, after that is to prepare a pricing system and budget.They have two factories, one in 6th of October city and the other is located in Bani Swaif City.I’m responsible for the first factory in 6th of October.

Group of companies divided to 2 main groups, steel and non-steel group my work was in the non-steel one which contains four companies (Kandil Glass – Kama Marine – Vertika – Leading Edge) -Prepare costing statements using process costing.-Determine raw material, labor and over head costs and allocate them on products using suitable basis then get product's cost.- Analysis of deviations. (Sales and cost analysis)-Prepare the annual budget for the company.-Predict and calculate costs, make feasibility studies for future projects and new expansions. -Make feasibility studies for new products.-Now the co. starts using ERP system and I got some knowledge about it.All the above is reported to the CFO.
